Manzzon has updated his list on games that isn't working with the PS Jailbreak:
Call Of Duty 4 Modern Warfare (black screen on start)
Assassins Creed (black screen on start)
Call Of Juarez Bound In Blood (jumps back to the menu after some time)

Call of duty modern warfare 2 didn't work.... Even on an internal drive.... I tried twice...
So how many more games are going to show up on this list? Will there be a way around it?
I know that CoD 4 reads both harddrive and disk when running. So this is why.

But this can be changed in the future, just need to do some patching on the game files.
hell ya. its only a matter of time. Unbelievable how this product wasn't thoroughly tested before being publicly released. No wonder these pirates cant make enough money. No proper QC or R&D or MFD or Testing. And lot of politics and shit going on between the manufacturers for sure. I am sure they don't have a proper committee. Completely disorganized. Oh well this will be worth it.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't stress to much. You need it to be external for it to work, and you cant put external because fat 4gb limitation. NTFS support will come and allow big file sizes, just have to be patient because NTFS is extremely complicated and 100x harder than FAT to implement.
ReplyDeleteWhat you need to realise is that the pkg file has all the program, so you can easily download a new pkg file. Its completely software problems and nothing to do with the dongle. its common for this sort of thing to happen. Would you rather have it now, or 3 months later?
